We know where our expertise and skills lay within Collaborative Solutions and as such we have a business mission: “To help people within organisations create work environment solutions in which their people can perform more effectively for the benefit of their customers” The ‘work environments’ in this context are not just the offices or the buildings we occupy, it includes the way people work, the processes they follow, where they work from and the technologies they use. All these factors add up to an environment and way of working that should stimulate and embody the cultural aspirations and service delivery objectives of the organisation. People should be working in environments and in ways that fit their activities, their work processes and their own personal needs all designed around ensuring delivery of their customer requirements. Getting there however requires change— understanding what you want and then managing the change towards it— is how we can help. As our strapline, “Helping Others Achieve” suggests we do this in a very supportive, trusting and collaborative style. By working directly and closely with you we will help you develop an implementation strategy utilising the simple model shown alongside. Throughout each of these phases we use effective programme/project management methodologies and change management techniques, incorporating numerous tools such as process improvement facilitation, surveys, profiling, workshops, work activity analysis etc. to support your implementation. Do not, however, believe that one solution fits all. The principles may be the same but every organisation is different and we at Collaborative Solutions can help ensure you realise a step change in yours. |
